दलहरुले पहिलो विकल्पको रुपमा संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापनामा सहमति जुटाउने

प्रमुख राजनीतिक दलले पहिलो विकल्पको रुपमा संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापनामा सहमति जुटाउने भएका छन् ।

२ असोजको बैठकमा प्रमुख दल एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादी, नेपाली कांग्रेस, नेकपा एमाले र संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेशी मोर्चाले पहिलो विकल्पको रुपमा संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापनालाई बनाएका हुन् । प्रमुख दलबीच संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापनामा सहमति जुटाउने नभए मात्रै नयाँ निर्वाचनमा जाने विषयमा छलफल गर्ने माओवादी प्रवक्ता अग्नि सापकोटाले बताए । सापकोटाले ३ असोजसम्म संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापनामा सहमति जुटाउने जानकारी दिए ।

३ असोजसम्म संविधानका विवादित विषयमा सहमति भएमा थोरै समयका लागि संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापना गर्न सकिने सहमति भएको उनले बताए । दलहरुबीच सरकार नेतृत्वका विषयमा पनि छलफल भएको छ । संविधानसभा पुनःस्थापना भएर विवादित विषयमा सहमति भए कांग्रेसको नेतृत्वमा सरकार बन्ने तर नयाँ निर्वाचनमा जाने अवस्थामा भने कांग्रेस नेतृत्व स्वीकार्न नसकिने माओवादी नेता अमिक शेरचनले बताए ।

    This is the MOST outrageous decision of the corrupt immoral and hypocritical ‘democratic’ political parties of Nepal. Where in the world’s democracy, can a dissolve elected body that has already fulfilled its full term, be re-instated to institutionalize decisions that is being made by ILLEGITIMATE group of people who NO MORE REPRESENT PEOPLES?

    If this happens, any one will have rights to coup the non-elected government and constitution and reinstate any past other constitutions in the same manner. I have no idea where our country is heading with the decisions made by total MORONS? At least they should realize that this is 21st century and not 5th BC. and there are certain INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED principles about how leaders can make decisions based on people’s legitimate representation, and not by self electing themselves to rule a country.
