जनविद्रोहका लागि नयाँ पार्टी

माओवादी शान्ति प्रक्रियामा आइसकेपछि प्रचण्ड र बाबुराम भट्टराईमा भयंकर विचलन आयो जसले गर्दा उनीहरु वर्गीय आत्मसमर्पणवादको भासमा जाकिन पुगे ।

नेपाली कांग्रेस र एमाले जस्ता वर्ग शत्रुसँग निकटता बढ्दै जाँदा प्रचण्ड र बाबुराम भट्टराईहरुले लाइन छोड्दै गए, भारतीय गुप्तचर एजेन्सी ‘र’ सँगको उठबस बढाइरहे । क्रान्ति र जनताबाट टाढिएर उनीहरु दक्षिणपन्थी र नवसंशोधनवादी बन्न पुगे । माक्र्सवाद, लेनिनवाद र क्रान्तिमा आस्था राख्नेहरुले उनीहरुसँग बस्न सक्ने अवस्था रहेन । उनीहरुमा रुपान्तरण हुन्छ कि भन्ने आशामा हामीले सहकार्य भने नगरेको हैन । तर, १२ वर्षसम्म ढुंग्रोमा राख्दा पनि कुकुरको पुच्छर नसोझ्एिपछि विद्रोह र सम्वन्धविच्छेद गरेर नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी, माओवादी जन्मिएको हो ।

संविधानसभाको अवसानपछि देशमा राजनीतिक शून्यता पैदा भएको छ । देशमा संवैधानिक र राजनीतिक संकट गहिरिइरहेको बेला पार्टीहरु फुट्दा कसैलाई फाइदा पुग्दैन । दुई पार्टी बन्दा एउटै भए जस्तो कदापि हुँदैन । यसले नेतृत्वका साथै आम जनतामा पनि निराशा पैदा गराउँछ । तर, हाम्रो पार्टी फुटले गणतन्त्रलाई असर पार्दैन । यसले संकटलाई झ्न् गहिरो बनाउने वा समाधान दुवै गर्दैन । संस्थापन पक्षलाई भने असर पार्छ । भविष्यमा पनि हामीलाई त्यस्तो असर पर्छ जस्तो लाग्दैन । २०५१ सालमा पनि माओवादीबाट केही मानिस गएर नेकपा एकता केन्द्र बनेको थियो । जनयुद्धमा जान नचाहेका निर्मल लामा, नारायणकाजी श्रेष्ठ लगायतका मानिसहरु पार्टीबाट बाहिरिएकै हुन् । उनीहरुले नचाहे पनि आखिर जनयुद्ध भएरै छोड्यो ।

साँच्चै क्रान्तिकारीहरुलाई अहिलेको फुटले दरिलो बनाउने छ । अबको दिनमा जनताले वास्तविक माओवादी भनेर हामीलाई चिन्नेछन् । हुन त पहिला पनि माओवादी भनेर चिनेकोे प्रचण्ड र बाबुरामको कारणले होइन । माओवादी चिनिएको उसको विचार, कार्यनीति र रणनीतिबाटै हो । अब त्यो विचार, कार्यनीति र रणनीति हामीसँग छ । बाबुराम र प्रचण्डहरु त्यो विचारबाट च्यूत भैसके । माक्र्सवादमा आस्था राख्ने भएकाले माओवादी संघर्षमा विश्वास गर्छ, वर्ग संघर्ष अपरिहार्य हुन्छ ।

नवगठित नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी, माओवादीले अहिले नै हतियार उठाउने कुरा गरेको छैन, तर वर्ग सघर्षमा ढिलोचाँडो हतियार त उठ्छ नै । देशलाई आवश्यकता परेपछि हामी हतियार उठाउँछौं । अहिले हामीले चाहेर पनि जनविद्रोहमा जाने अवस्था छैन ।

प्रचण्डहरुले क्रान्तिकारी लाइन छोडेर वर्ग शत्रुहरुसंग घाँटी नजोडेको भए जनविद्रोहमा जाने अवस्था थियो । अहिले हामीले त्यसको तयारी गर्ने मात्र हो । पार्टीको कार्यनीति भने जनविद्रोह नै हुन्छ, पार्टीलाई संगठित बनाउँदै अगाडि बढ्छौ । माओवादी पार्टी किन दुई वटा भयो भन्ने कुरामा अल्मलिएको अथवा नयाँ पार्टीको औचित्यमाथि प्रश्न उठाइरहेका जनतालाई प्रष्ट पार्दै अगाडि बढ्छौं । माओवादी पार्टीबाट दुईजना प्रधानमन्त्री हुनु, २० जनाजति मन्त्री हुनु अथवा केही दर्जन सभासद् हुनु क्रान्ति होइन, आमूल परिर्वतन पनि होइन । यो कुरा जनतालाई बताउने छौ । जनताले कुरा बुझेपछि जनविद्रोह हुन्छ । अहिलेको परिस्थिति क्रान्ति र जनविद्रोहका लागि उपयुक्त भए पनि हामी कमजोर छौं ।
